Join us to pack the room and raise our voices urging the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office to stop collaborating with ICE through S-comm. We want ICE out of Alameda County!

What: On April 23rd, we will introduce a resolution before the Alameda County Board of Supervisors to limit the county’s response to ICE “holds”. We want to send a strong, unified message from community and allies that immigrant communities should have equal treatment under the law and the right to due process, a right currently denied under S-comm.

11AM Press Conference & Rally

12PM Hearing & Public Comment

Join us in telling the Alameda County Board of Supervisors we will not stand for the Sheriff’s collaboration with ICE to detain and deport people from our communities. Sheriff Ahearn proudly boasts that the county receives some $750,000 from the federal government to detain people for ICE. Our communities and our rights are not for sale.

Come out and join us! Bring a friend, neighbor, co-worker and share your story during public comment on how you, your family and community has been impacted by S-Comm and the Sheriff’s collaboration with ICE.
